Group Coaching

Your teams are carrying a lot.

Give them somewhere to grow.

Group coaching for leadership and programme teams navigating uncertainty - a structured, supported space to think clearly, lead better, and build the kind of resilience that actually lasts.

Not a workshop.

Not a training day. Something that actually sticks.

Workshops solve a problem in a session. Training transfers knowledge. Group coaching does something different - it creates a space where leaders develop with and from each other, guided by a coach who holds the space, asks the right questions, and challenges the thinking.

The peer element is what makes it powerful. When a group of leaders and teams sit in honest conversation together, with real accountability and no hierarchy - something shifts. They stop performing and start thinking. They realise they're not alone. And they build the kind of trust and clarity that changes how they lead and how they perform long after the programme ends.

Our 'Navigate' Group Coaching Programme is designed specifically for leaders and teams in the middle of change - the people carrying the weight of transformation and trying to stay steady while everything around them moves.

Is Navigate right for your team?

Navigate works well when your leaders and teams are:

  • Operating in a complex, fast-moving programme and feeling the pressure

  • Technically strong but struggling with their soft skills

  • Newly formed as a team and still finding their rhythm together

  • Exhausted by uncertainty and starting to disengage

  • Ready to invest in how they lead and not just what they deliver

It's typically commissioned by Programme sponsors or directors who can see what their leaders and their teams need, even when those leaders can't quite name it themselves.

Navigate - Group Coaching for Leaders and their teams

A focused 4–6 week group coaching programme for up to 8 leaders, run in-house for your organisation. Sessions are 90 minutes each, held virtually or in person — whichever works best for your team.

A typical programme includes:

  • An individual conversation with each participant before the programme begins, to understand their context, what they're carrying, and what they want to get from it

  • 3–4 group coaching sessions, each built around what the group brings

  • A closing session focused on reflection, commitments and what comes next

  • A short debrief with the programme sponsor at the end

Themes the group typically explores:

  • Leading with confidence when you don't have all the answers

  • Staying resilient without burning out

  • Navigating uncertainty - as individuals and as a team

  • Communicating honestly under pressure

  • Rebuilding trust when a team has fragmented

  • Moving from doing to leading

Every Navigate programme is shaped around the team's real context. The structure above is the starting point, the conversations take it from there.

Coached by someone who's been in the room.

Lucy Hornsby is an ICF-qualified Group Coach with over 15 years working inside large-scale corporate transformations. She's not coaching from the outside, she knows what it feels like to be a leader carrying a programme that's losing momentum, a team that's quietly fragmenting, or a role that keeps shifting underneath you.

That experience shapes how she coaches. She knows which questions to ask, when to push and when to hold space, and how to create an environment where even the most guarded leaders start to open up.

"Lucy offers a completely non judgemental approach for areas which could be perceived as making someone feel particularly vulnerable for example when working with through cognitive behavioural therapy techniques to support growth and confidence. She has identified a number of tools and techniques which I practice on an ongoing basis. Having put this into practice I am already seeing improvements in my delivery and also my mindset to approaching challenging situations.

She has a breadth of experience which enables her to lend advice from a coaching, colleague, and business stakeholder perspective.

Her guidance on personal branding has been invaluable, she has helped me update my linked in profile to reflect my authentic personality and brand. I am excited to continue to grow and develop with Lucy as my coach."
