Light Spark Group
Light Spark Group exists because transformation is hard and the people going through it deserve better than a process and a PowerPoint. We work with organisations who want something real: honest conversations, skilled facilitation, and the kind of coaching that actually changes how people lead and work together.

Everything we do is built around a single belief: that when people feel seen, heard and supported, they find their own way forward. We create the conditions for that to happen. Whether that's a one-day programme reset, a six-week coaching programme, or strategic support across a complex change.

Hi, I'm Lucy. I help people feel seen, heard, and ready for what's next.

And someone who knows firsthand what it means to really need support and find it.

​I spent over 15 years inside some of the UK's most complex corporate transformations. I've been in the rooms where organisations navigate change, land communications, and bring their people with them.
​
I was good at it. But something was missing.
​
Looking back, I can see that what I was drawn to, in every role and every programme, wasn't the strategy or the process. It was the people. The leader who was quietly overwhelmed. The team that had stopped trusting each other. The individual who needed someone to help them find their way through.
​
I went through a period in my own life when I was really struggling - mentally, personally, professionally. And it was coaching that saved me. Not a workshop, not a training programme, not a well-crafted communication plan. A space where someone held the mirror up, asked the right questions, and helped me find my own answers.
​
That experience changed everything. It showed me what it means to feel genuinely seen and heard. And it made me realise that this: creating that space for other people - is what I'm here to do.
​
I also went through much of my career without the right support around me. I know what it costs when that's missing. And I know what becomes possible when it's there.
​
So I built Lightspark Group around that belief. I work on the outside of corporate, yet I am close enough to understand the culture, the politics and the pressure, but far enough to be genuinely neutral. To ask the questions no one inside can ask. To create the space that busy, high-performing organisations rarely make for themselves.

This isn't just what I do. It's my purpose.
