The typical onboarding process for IT Leadership Coaching follows 4 clear steps: 


Book a complimentary discovery call to explore if IT Leadership Coaching is the right path for you. This is typically between 20 to 40 mins. 


Over the course of your bespoke programme, we will always explore in a future focused way identifying goals, barrier and boundaries. 


Always with your goals and topics in mind, we continue to explore and identify blockers on a deeper level to then develop new approaches to remove them systematically to help you move forward to change, growth and success. 



We will set ambitious but achievable goals supported by a step-by-step development plan for you to progress in your IT career the best way possible with a clear sense of how to be.

Each programme we provide is always bespoke, professional and discreet. We deliver all my coaching, both in-person and remotely, perfect if time is a challenge or if you live or work overseas. ​Each session tends to be around one hour. We typically recommend 6-8 sessions depending on the goal and what we discover sits behind that. We also work on a retained basis, providing regular monthly coaching sessions on an ongoing basis.
